* Progressions on basic strength movements for push ups to 1 arm push ups, pull ups to one arm pull ups and squats to pistol squats.
* Progressions on Bodyweight "skills" such as how to achieve a muscle up and human flag!
* Implementation - How YOU can live the Bodyweight Lifestyle and achieve the fittest and healthiest physique you or your and your clients can imagine! All with just bodyweight!
