Here's a little tweak to the back fly done with the jungle gym suspension trainer that will be sure to get the rear delts screaming as well as help to shape and round out the shoulders and improve the health and posture of the shoulder girdle. Try it and lemme know if you have any questions about this exercise or any other bodyweight exercise questions!

How to gain energy with Eischens Yoga

What's up guys!

 

Did you know that you can literally "Free up" energy in your body that's being wasted due to stress caused by poor body alignment that is the result of muscular imbalances in the body that is caused by daily habits, injury and poor exercise selection? 

We are in a constant battle with gravity and the world around us and any imbalances in your body will take load off of the skeletal structure and place it on the muscular system of the body, causing you to lose the use of that energy as well as contributing to the uneven wear and breakdown of your joints causing even more pain and discomfort .  You can literally "free up" this wasted energy and have a noticable improvement in you engery level and sense of well being.  These mis-alignments of the body can be assesed and fixed or at least greatly improved through the power of Eischens Yoga and also bringing attention to your daily activities and making adjustments where possible to help eliminate the cause of these imbalances.  Stay tuned over the next week and I will be posting some tutorial videos to help assist you in balancing your body!
